Unable to establish a connection with the gameserver.



im unable to play the game with a vpn,
even though its on split tunneling and every deadlock and steam executable is directly connected to my main internet.
cs2 lets me connect to a game with vpn and without it.

Can you please help me solve this issue i cant do anything in my internet unless i enable a vpn. thanks.

+ i can disable my vpn while loading into a game and enable it back on after i loaded in it still works and doesnt kick me.

I started getting this issue a few days ago. I have been able to play sandbox with VPN on for 6 months or whatever, and it's just been a recent event that I no longer can. I can still queue for games fine, and have no issues connecting there, but completely unable to use the test hero sandbox. I also tried adding split tunneling for all Steam and "project8" apps, but that makes no difference.

If I turn the VPN off completely then I can connect again to the sandbox. And I can similarly restart the VPN once its loaded (and even though I get a disconnected message for a bit) and still play, and I will still get games popping in queue.
