Disconnected from Server: Valve Anti-Cheat challenge timed out.

I queue for the game, my character loads in and I can move a little, then I'm kicked out and this message appears. Haven't been able to stay in a game for the past couple of days. I've been looking through any applications/processes that may have been interfering with vac and I'm not sure what it would be.

Has anyone else had this same problem? Any possible solutions I could try? Been wanting to play with some friends of mine but can only do bots

The fix does not work for me.
Also please tell me there is a way to fix an abandon on my profile i've literally never left a game before and i hate that this was done without me being able to do anything about it.

Just had the same issue happen to me and I never had issues with VAC in the past so this was a surprise for me. Will attempt fixes and report back.
