I am fairly sure I saw a friendly Yamato and it also happened to me once, specifically with Bepop's mine, which apply disarm. I think the mines were attached after the ultimate was cast.
Had a game earlier where that exact thing happened. Match ID 10325340 towards the end of the game. Not sure if it actually impacted me, but it showed the debuff for a little bit.
