Playing Val, disabling full screen optimisation usually improves FPS for all setups, so I've been doing it on all games
However, on Deadlock it makes alt tabbing impossible, basically crashes the game.
I don't mind if disabling it doesn't do much, but I don't think its supposed to crash the game
