I know this doesn't really fit the section, but I couldn't find another that would fit this post any better.
The OCE servers start at 1PM (for most OCE server players) and end at 2am Monday-Thursday, and 9am-2am from Friday-Sunday.
Most people finish work/uni/school at 5pm and start at 9am. So most players aren't even on until the servers have already been up for 4 hours. I think 3pm or 4pm would be a more appropriate start time.
I also think the end time should be later. I've got a bit of bias to this because I work nights so I'm generally gaming at 3am until the suns up lol. But a lot of people, especially on the weekends, do stay up until 3 or 4, sometimes even 5am playing games.
So I think it should end a bit later too. Or at least end later, rather than earlier, on weekends.
I realise Valve likely uses their own metrics to determine when most players are online but that's kinda geared toward casuals. Most people play testing this atm are older, and a lot more into gaming - most casual gamers wouldn't bother, or even know, about Deadlock and how to get access. I believe the audience of this game (at the moment) would prefer the changes to the servers written above.
Thank you for reading. Sorry again about this not really fitting the section.
