Delivering urn at the same moment you activate victor ult causes disarm until level up.

As the title states, if you succeed in delivering urn at the exact same moment you die and activate victor ult you will be disarmed until you gain your next boon. The disarm persists through death proper.

Update to this post, the bug happens anytime you deliver urn and activate victor ult during the delivery period. Unsure if being able to deliver urn while victor ulting is intended or a bug, but either way it causes you to be disarmed post delivery.
