Delited Deadlock

Accidentally deleted Deadlock from my account and now I can't get it back. When a friend invites me, the game says the game is already on the account.

I understand how you'd uninstall it, but how did you delete it from your account?
Have you tried messing around with the filters, maybe it's not showing up in your library for some reason? For example if it's only showing installed games it wouldn't show up; or if you've accidentally hidden the game, there is a "Show Hidden Games" filter. Don't know exactly what's happened so I'm sorry if this is unhelpful.

There is such a funny button as "delete from account" and it was pressed. Let's skip the moment how and by whom it was pressed

OK, looks like this is done on help.steampowered.com or just through the steam UI but on the same page? Have you tried going back to that same place, there might be a button for "this game is not in my library" now. Supposedly it's impossible to actually delete a game from your account, it's just very well hidden.
(I'm not sure if you've tried all of this already, I can see how there might be a problem with Deadlock with it being an unreleased game in a playtest only. However that page is the main way to contact customer support, afaik)
