Decay Not Procing Escalating Exposure Stacks

As the title says, Decay's spirit damage does not proc Escalating Exposure stacks despite being recognized as spirit damage by many other items. I stumbled upon this in the Hideout and Sandbox, so I would assume this would also be the case in real matches.

I can confirm. I tested this and decay did not proc escalating exposure.
