Fishjump Active member Jun 13, 2024 #1 Debuffs don't affect their initial applying instance. For example, Mystic Vulnerability doesn't increase the damage of the first instance that applies it, Soul Shredder Bullets don't amp or provide lifesteal when applied with Mystic Shot, etc.
