Debuff Resistance will cause buildup effects you apply to your opponent to decay faster instead of buildup your opponent applies to you

I'll add on here that Debuff Resistance is also reducing immunity to negative effects. After being affected by Silencer or Improved Burst, you're supposed to have immunity to the effect for some time, but Debuff Resistance is reducing that time as well.

Posting an example with Improved Burst, the Vindicta on the right has Debuff Remover, causing her to take damage from Improved Burst again earlier than the Vindicta on the left

I'm not sure what you mean by this reply, but I'll clarify that neither of my posts show intended behavior

1st post: Infernus's (PoV) Debuff Resistance is decreasing the duration of buildup effects he's applying to his opponents (opponents' Debuff Resistance does not factor into it, it should be the other way around)
2nd post: Having Debuff Resistance is decreasing the duration of immunity to negative debuffs provided by being affected by Improved Burst or Silencer (these should not be considered debuffs)
