Debuff resist applying to displacement effects.

Debuff resist is causing problems with some abilities. Abram's Charge, Doorman Luggage cart and Silver Boot kick are each affected by debuff resistance, reducing the duration of the displacement.

That is precisely what it is supposed to do. Otherwise, debuff resist would be useless except for procs. Stuns and other related debuffs will be "resisted" with debuff "resist" in the same way your doorbell would do less damage against someone with spirit resist. I will say however- abrams should not have his charge be affected, rather the stun that follows. Some of the displacement is definitely being messed with in a bad way.
