Debuff remover isn't necessarily a bad item, but it's often not worth it, and for it's hefty price it often fails to get value. Plus even all that aside it's still a fundamentally boring item, and unfun to play against.
Tier 3 vitality item: Scapegoat (still builds from debuff reducer, still costs 4,250)
Passive:
+125 bonus health
+20% weapon damage
gives you a 35% debuff resist
(all these have been carried over from the OG debuff remover)
Active: 48 sec cooldown (same as og debuff remover)
Summon a clone of yourself that exactly mimics and continues any action you were doing before casting (sliding, dashing, moving, etc) while turning you invisible and silently propelling you upwards in the direction your camera was facing when cast. You will become visible again when any attack or ability is used, or after 3 seconds have passed. The clone inherits your hp and momentum, and If it dies, it will stun any nearby enemies for 3 seconds.
Any debuffs you had before casting will be removed and applied to the clone instead.
Basically turning debuff removing into a fakeout / decoy + short invis, and slapping all your debuffs onto the clone instead of you
Could make people buy this item even when they're not against a seven + bebop + infernus + mirage comp!
