Death Slam suddenly grounded when performed between blue lane guardian stairs

[Lulz]

I have had this occur on both the Sapphire Flame side approximately above the 3 eye, 2 beak owl statue (first clip), and on the Amber Hand Side above the horned imp (?) statue (second clip).

I had never experienced this prior to the map rework in the 02-25-2025 Update.

Note that all these instances occurred in the same match, so the problem is fairly severe and easy to unintentionally replicate.
