Death camera lock and Doorman's Doorway

Pretty simple bug, I had a match earlier where my camera was sticking through a nearby doorway while being Mo & krill Ulted. Upon death, my camera froze in place on the other side of the door and i could not move it around or spectate other players (even with f1-f5 keys). The camera reset to normal upon respawning
