Deadlock Crashing with Network jitter / Disconnect

The problem that arised for me was I have a little bit of an unstable connection and whenever the connection cuts out completely
The game decides the best course of action is to just crash and take the whole steam with it
Playing on Cachyos with a 5090 and an Invidia Ultra Processor

I've noticed that only arround net jitter and network instability, i have like 5 second intervals of lag before a few times and then
Boom network disconnected and game is as good as dead

Same thing happens to me. I ran mtr and noticed that the game seems to be causing the jitters. My network is pretty stable until a couple seconds after the game freezes, then mtr shows high ping for a few seconds before recovering. Here is a video of what I experience.
