Deadlock blocking Inet and changing perifery settings

I played an got disconed cause of no inet. I checked everything. The Inet was there (but only in all controlles like router, system menu,...). I had my browser open and right in the moment I closed Deadlock the Inet was back to useable.... I don't get it what happend, but it showed Deadlock blocked something.
Sometimes it also switches my (cherry RGB) keyboard color or keyboard language and DPI of (Logitech) G500mouse and mouse menu 1-2-3, also the color of the mouse....
