Dead Ability 1 and 3 bug - Input shows but Ability Won't Activate

Ability is completely dead for the rest of the match until exit/rejoin
Always happens after death
disconnect/rejoin to fix
I have experienced it on Geist, Calico, and Yamato - but those are pretty much all I play so it could be every hero

never happens on ability 2 or ultimate (so far)

I would say 80% of games for me

Happened again last game - but instead this time someone had abandonded so I couldn't even quit to fix it!!! so frustrating. I think you should be able to quit and rejoin no matter what.

Just to clarify this bug - your ability will not work at all. like you press the button and nothing happens - ever, not just sometimes - you can't use that one ability for the rest of the match..
