De-ranking in matches with no leave penalty

Had an Infernus who's WiFi broke, decided to play out the game anyways. Despite there being a notice claiming that this match is without penalty, it seems to not apply to rankings :/

Not too heated, just a wee bit frustrating.

Had exact same situation in the exact same ranking. Someone left on my team (think it was a holiday), we played it out for like 30 more mins but eventually it was obvious we couldnt stop them from taking the weakened patron so I left. Still counted as a lost and de-ranked.

I mean, im not a very high rank to begin with, so it didnt matter too much. Still feels like it just shouldn't have happened.

Ive stopped caring about climbing for now. one, there is no gain, just ego. Two, Ive won like 20 games, never rank up, lose two and derank. Three, Matchmaking feels all over the place right now. Literally had a match where my team was balanced to ritualist and opposing team was balanced to Phantom. My team got destroyed and not much I could do about it.
