Damage over time and delayed damage should show on the healthbar.

You know how you do a billion damage to a Shiv but you still can't be sure if he's gonna die or not ? I think the healthbar should show the damage that will be done over time as well. Maybe make it yellow compared to the orange of the regular healthbar, same with damage over time.(although this one might look a bit confusing maybe)

Idk. It is sort of face up knowledge. Like looking through an opponent's discard pile in a card game. Making the knowledge more accessible is just good mechanics. We all know he appends and clears some damage, we can even take the time to look at all of his items, and his tooltip bar and make some calculations based on our damage output. But none of that is accessible in a fast-paced game. So to be able to make a discerned choice out would be nice. I would at least start with showing ally DOT on an opponent's healthbar. Pre-regen and healing/mitigation. That would just be nice as Infernus to know inferred potential damage
