Damage number commands not working on creep/npcs

citadel_damage_text_height_offset_far

citadel_damage_text_x_offset_near

None of these commands currently work for damage numbers that pop up from attacking creeps/NPCs, its really nice being able to remove the numbers from shooting players by setting the offset crazy high so that you can aim easier, but not being able to do the same for creeps is a bit annoying as its mostly screen clutter and can be annoying during lane with damage numbers covering souls that you need to confirm and other information for QoL.
citadel_damage_text_lifetime is the only command that also applies to creeps but setting it to 0 makes it so that the damage number just disappears after one frame instead of not appearing at all (works the same for creeps and players), having a value of 0 on this just disable damage numbers completely for both would be kind of nice.
