Damage Icon remaining

I was spectating and got a match, but this damage icons remained from spectating match. Even after I played my game, icons are still there I ended up rebooting and it was gone.

I believe this happens everytime you transition from one are to another with the damage icon up. Most commonly at the end of game they will persist or the seven bots will persist when you start a game.

This is exactly the problem. Very easily reproducible and with the target dummy in sandbox as well. Came here just now to post it.

Step 1: Queue for game
Step 2: Hit Seven dummy or target dummy in sandbox, so the enemy health icon appears in the middle of your screen
Step 3: Keep doing that until the queue hits. The health icon is now stuck on your screen.

Alternatively:

Step 1: Get Seven dummy to 1 hp
Step 2: Stand in teleporter to sandbox
Step 3: Kill him right as you teleport to the sandbox. the KILL icon is now stuck on your screen.

Experienced a similar thing in a match when I got an assist, the Abrams icon remained there for the entire game (I believe it was towards the end in base though) and into the next game I played, disconnecting and rejoining does nothing.
Only thing that fixed it was quitting out of the game entirely and relaunching, friend had the exact same bug with the same Abrams.
We took it in turns to disconnect, but were both down like 2k souls when we returned, whilst recovery is doable it puts you at a disadvantage.

First image is just after the game ended and the second is a new game with the same person on the HUD, it's distracting and annoying.
