Tested using lady geists malice.
Headshot booster does flat 40 bonus damage which is not amplified. This also affects mystic burst.

Cold front damage is amplified.

damage not amplified:
headshot booster, headhunter, mystic burst, improved burst
Not sure if this is intended behaviour or a bug with the items. I couldn't find any mention of this anywhere. Tested headshot booster with infernus too and the damage was not amplified.
