Custom Hotkeys

After the update patch I can no longer configure my hotkeys for items correctly.
I used Alt+Q for the first item slot for example, but after the patch I can no longer add custom hotkeys with Alt

you need to change the self cast mode to modifier button and change modifier button to any else except left alt, after that ur left alt key are open for any binds, also after that u can change back ur self cast mode

I tried this, but it is no longer possible to add Alt + some key as a hotkey for items, i dont know why
