I have completely same crosshair settings, when i switch heroes, for some reason, they have different crosshairs. I thought, maybe it has something to do with custom hotkeys i use.
Anyways, changing settings for 1 hero i can't get small enough corsshair - everything is at 0-1 value, and my crosshair is still too big.
Here is an example below of same crosshair settings for the same hero:
As you can see, Shiv's crosshair is bigger and i can't make it smaller in any way.
