Active:
Hangs a poster on a wall. If an enemy hero enters the poster’s activation radius, the poster activates: a green glowing effect builds up on it, forming the shape of an eye, and after 4 seconds it applies a mark to the enemy hero that lasts for 12 seconds.
This mark allows you to see the enemy hero on the mini-map and also switch to a view from their perspective (similar to F2-F6 for allied heroes).
The enemy hero can tear down the poster before it activates by hitting it with a Heavy Melee attack or with two Light Melee attacks. The poster cannot be placed on ceilings or in the mid-boss arena.
While the poster’s mark is active on an enemy hero, they receive debuffs:
Activation radius: 20 meters
Debuff duration: 12 sec
Item cooldown: 60 sec
You cannot place more than one poster of your own at a time. If you place a new poster while the previous one is still active, the previous poster disappears.
