Curse not working on some heroes

Curse not working on heroes like: Infernus, Kelvin, Viscous and Yamato.

These heroes can still be in ultimate when u curse them, i think this is bug or smth. Description of "curse" says: Curses an enemy - Iterrupting, Silencing, Diasarming, and preventing item usage. I emphasize "INTERRUPTING", but these heroes don't care about that. You can test it in sandbox.

Infernus, Kelvin, and Viscous aren't channeling anything after their cast, so once they have successfully cast their ults using Curse on them won't prevent their effects.

Not only is Yamato not channeling anything to get interrupted, her ultimate specifically says it gives immunity to negative status effects.
