There is an inconsistency with Counterspell and Curse.
Curse states that item usage is disabled, therefore Counterspell should also be disabled while cursed. This is currently not the case. This is easily testable and able to be replicated easily with Seven's stun, as you can still Counterspell his stun even while Cursed.
