Cultist Sacrifice Upgrade: Cult Leader

The Neutral Mob idea is to annoy and waste the time of the enemy by farming camps that give nothing.
I'll admit it may be a bit much, but funny idea

Personally, if there were to be a T4 upgrade to Cultist Sacrifice I would probably make it so that it still grants the +150% souls but it sacrifices up to 3 total NPCs within 12m, and increase the duration of the buff up to 4 minutes (240s) making it so that you don't need much CDR to permanently have the buff up.

Furthermore, I wouldn't have Ability range on the buff. That overlaps too much with Trophy Collector. Instead, I would have it grant +Spirit power (probably something like ~10) and Ability Duration (again, something like ~10%).

That way the item SUBSTANTIALLY improves farming speed (insta-nuke an entire T3 camp for 250% souls is pretty amazing) and is fairly build neutral, while also complimenting Trophy Collector if you choose to go for both. It Still costs 6400 souls, which makes it hard to really justify picking up, even with almost tripling the Souls from T3 camps.

My point still stands. I don't think Cultist Sacrifice and Trophy Collector should have so much overlap in their stats.
