Cultist Sacrifice should have a cast time that can only be used on a jungle camp circle to kill the whole thing.
The higher the health (large camp vs small camp) the longer the cast time. It could also be used nearly instantly in lane. Regardless of how it is used, it should have the same buff and cooldown. And while you cast it, the circle underneath the jungle camp slowly lights up until it fills up and "pops" when they die. I'm thinking kinda like Ivern jungling, if you know.

I like this idea for a few reasons:
- CS right now is instant cast so there's almost no danger in buying it and invading enemy jungle.
- Because it's so easy to invade enemy jungle, it's also best used to kill a single large jungle creep and then leave, so its very existence is designed for jungle griefing.
- But its second best use is to find a large jungle creep on your own side and kill it, griefing your OWN TEAM.
- The channel time also promotes counterplay, since you could see and hear it from far off, and the user has to stand still for a few moments to finish it.
- But in return, they get the entire value of the camp (plus extra like it is now?)
- This way also makes killing camps easier for characters that are bad at it, like tanks or specialized gun heroes, and doesn't provide as much benefit to heroes that are already good at farming.
- It also just really fits in with the theme of the sacrifice and the overall occult theme of the game.
