Cultist Sacrifice BUG

Hi,
In this clip pocket uses cultist on a new creep wave , it consumes 1 creep , it gives cultist buffs , but no money and creep is still alive and Cultist goes onto cooldown

he used the cultist in the minion box, which tanked a hit. I do agree it needs changes regarding this.
