Crouching Devil ( Item that interacts with crouching )

Recently I made a post that I would love if there was any type of item that interacts with the crouch function of the game. I love that most basic player abilities have some kind of interactions with an item. So thats my pitch

:
Increases movementspeed while Crouching
Increases Bullet Velocity by 10%
Bullet Damage increased by 50% while Crouching

Negative:
Disables Slide

The negative is here to outbalance the crazy benefits you would grant for buying the item with most heroes.
Its not an item which should be spammed with already mobile heavy characters or characters that want to be in very close range

You could build the item for example with a paradox and sharpshooter to further increase your 3 damage and to go for a backline range build etc.

There was another post. I like the idea of a crouch that builds up a super jump. It would be cool if you can hold down crouch in the air so when you air jump again, but especially as you land, you jump pretty far, and preserve horizontal momentum.

Think of a Jump Module from Half Life.

But in regards to your item, that would not be a good item, as disabling slide would cause hard anti-synergies. Not only that, but sliding is a fundamental skill. It is a bait item. Would not recommend!
