Crouching bugs

- If you "crouch" while your buy menu is open and standing idle only the camera crouches not your mesh.
- You can "crouch" during haze ult which also crouches the camera.
- Probably a theme with these crouching bugs in lots of different places, like infernus' flame run.

I don't think it's adjusting anything other than the camera position.
