Crosshair multiple bugs

Crosshair bug, been in the game for a very long time. When in normal position(standing, running) it is blurry but gets clear when the hero is sliding, gets blurry again when you stop pressing ctrl in slide. Also outline cannot be removed even though it is turned off everywhere. Screenshots trying to showcase attached.
1st - standing/running
2nd - sliding
3rd + 4th - showcasing outline/border is turned off everywhere yet still persistent on the crosshair

crosshair options attached + its inconsistent, you might spawn with blurred one and it might be normal, but it might get blurred after a while in game. No idea what causing it
