Critical \ Locked out of build planner and build-list on 1 hero

If you manually drag one of the item categories and accidentally move it outside the main window, the window becomes inactive, and the "Edit" or "Builds" buttons remain clickable but no longer open the builds page.

Restarting the game does not help. Send help

Yep looks like it is common and known bug already. My bad
