Isn't this supposed to be normal behaviour? It was added at some point to allow returning to the map for those who do experience the bug of getting trapped in the spawn area?

I vaguely remember a while ago there was an update or something mentioned about it as people getting stuck in spawn was a somewhat frequent occurence.
