When firing a bullet at an enemy's head when you have Crippling Headshot and Ricochet, only the enemy you shot gains the debuff, and the enemies that were also hit in the head by Crippling Headshot do not gain the debuff. This is the same for Weakening Headshot. When using Spirit Rend, the enemy shot in the head, and the enemies hit by Ricochet also gain the debuff. Sidenote, all headshot debuffs do not affect neutrals at all, only Spirit Rend's initial passive spirit resist debuff.
