Crippling Debt (Tier 2 Vitality)

A credit card that allows you to buy items with souls you don't have yet. 1600 souls, T2 Vitality.

Your maximum loan is 1,600 souls (+200 souls per minute). However:

• If you are in debt and are at low health, the Debt Collector will appear, sniping the player from a distance.
• It is impossible to sell this item if you are in debt.

My main motive for suggesting this item is I think it would be funny. But I also think the benefits don't come for free.
You could buy an additional T1 towards the end of laning, or an additional T4 by the end game, but it becomes a question of if it's worth the now extra tense situations at low health.

The reason I categorize this as vitality is because it would feel strange to bias towards eating a Weapon or Spirit slot
