Cheyenne, Undead Debt Collection

CHEYENNE
Bio:
Before America became a beautiful cross-planar melting pot, there was a brief but intense ground war. Cheyenne became one of that war's heroes when he collaborated with Ixian rebels to launch an offensive that helped end that war, and as his eyes closed on the battlefield he was ready to rest. That was before his soul was scooped up by Grudge, and forced to serve as a debt collector. He's come to the ritual to collect a debt for his boss, but he hopes to walk out with his freedom.
A FATE'S TALE

Rallies the team

Cheyenne collects things more valuable than *just* money, dealing in secrets, information, memories, pains and pleasures. With the wretched power imbued by his boss Grudge, he wheels in deals in just about anything that could be quantified, and he isn't stopped by silly things like a permanent death or a lack of force.

List of Quotes:
https://pastebin.com/seyswbqB
Base HP: 500 (His HP curve would likely be average or below average.)
Base HP Regen: 3
Movespeed: Average
Melee damage: Average
Inherent Resist: N/A
Weapon: A beat up old rifle, based on the M1917 Enfield, but fitted to support magazines. Medium damage, medium/slow firerate, low magazine, high accuracy.
3 Stamina
Role: Cheyenne has a long-range effective rifle as well as multiple abilities capable of supporting his team and helping him survive. His 1v1 is poor and he crumbles when outnumbered, even while using his damage-sharing ultimate, but when properly supported in a team fight he becomes very valuable.

Ability_1.png
1. Tracer Rounds
Cheyenne instantly reloads his rifle, and for this magazine gets enhanced firerate (max 8s). Enemies hit by these bullets are outlined and revealed on the mini-map.
+15% Firerate | 30s CD
1 AP |
-10s CD
2 AP | Allies get a 15% damage amp on enemies revealed by Tracer Rounds
5 AP | +10% fire rate and +5 weapon damage against enemies revealed by Tracer Rounds
Notes:
1. Tracer Rounds counts as a debuff, so it can be removed.
2. The outline would be akin to an enemy being pinged.
3. Tracer Rounds have a unique appearance, as a green beam of light, similar to Vindicta.

Ability_2.png
2. Smokescreen
Deploy a smoke bomb in an area, becoming harder to see, and granting buffs to allied heroes inside the area of effect.
Allies inside the smoke cannot be revealed and get +15% fire rate. | 50s CD | 10m AoE | 8s Duration
1 AP |
+2m range and +2s duration
2 AP | Allies inside the smoke gain +8.5 HP regen
5 AP | Cheyenne gets the positive effects of the smoke as well
Notes:
1. The harder to see effect makes Cheyenne slightly lighter and semi-transparent, as if he is fading out. Tracer Rounds don't leave a trail inside smoke, his health is not visible, and certain effects (like being within Killing Blow range) are hidden.
2. The HP regen scales with spirit power, the fire rate does not scale, and the range and duration scale poorly.

Ability_3.png
3. Combat Training - Passive
Successfully parrying an enemy deals 25% of the damage of the punch to them. Cheyenne has a larger range for their parry.
1 AP | +1.5 HP Regen and damage from a parry is dispersed in a 5m area
2 AP | Parries now deal 50% of the damage. +40 quick melee damage.
5 AP | Parries now grant 20% spirit and bullet resist for 6 seconds.
Notes:
1. Cheyenne's parry animation is slightly longer. It stuns for the same amount of time but has him flip the enemy on their back (using the enemy's other stun anim)

Ability_4.png
4. Underworld Chains - Ultimate
A large purple glyph appears beneath Cheyenne, and any hero that comes within 15m of him is connected through a large chain. Damage taken by Cheyenne is delayed so that it only happens once per second plus an additional 5% of his base HP. Enemies connected to the chain take 50% of this damage.
5% Base HP per second | 6 second duration | 15m range | 50% Damage Shared | Cheyenne takes 20% more damage | 110s CD
1 AP |
Enemies connected to Cheyenne get -40% movement speed
2 AP | +3m connection range and +1 second duration
5 AP | Enemies share 80% of the damage Cheyenne takes for the duration
Notes:
1. Cheyenne can't be killed by his own self damage
2. If Cheyenne is in an invulnerable state, he won't take his own damage, and also won't deal any damage
3. Damage taken is dealt to enemies as the same type. "True" damage, spirit damage, bullet, etc.
4. Cheyenne cannot heal from damage his ult shares with enemies, and enemies cannot debuff remove the chain, though they can be invulnerable.
5. If Cheyenne dies, the effect ends, but it's possible for him to die at the same time his ult sends out damage and still share it.
6. For clarity, all damage is still being received, but only occurs to him at the start of every second, which is also when the damage pings.
