Crashing game leads to 24 hour bans

This game is annoying sometimes, I love playing it but every 5 games or so the game completely freezes mid match and I have to restart my computer.

By the time I get back I have been kicked from the match, Can't rejoin, and there is a 24 hour ban placed on me.

This has happens so often that I now have to win 6 matches in low priority queue.

I understand that this game is in alpha, but this feels ridiculous.
Either the bans should be less serious outside of ranked or the crashing needs to be fixed.

Edit: I played one game for the new Christmas update and my computer crashed 10 minutes into the match. I know have to win 9 matches in low priority que and can't play the game.

yeah was gonna post this myself ... im not a genius but maybe low prio mm should not exist in a game that crashes every third match at best. legit cannot even play anymore. this crash where the game says a file is corrupt or whatever has been in the game since the beginning and has gotten more frequent with every patch. idk what to do, im in low prio for the second time now, entirely due to crashes. would love to play but it seems like it's not a good idea.
