Crash while using certain other programs "FATAL ERROR: Vulkan encountered unrecoverable error VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST."

I have -vulkan set in Deadlock's launch options. The crashes still occur after removing it.

Whenever I use Windows Movie Maker or Paint .NET while Deadlock is open, Deadlock eventually crashes with the message "FATAL ERROR: Vulkan encountered unrecoverable error VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST."

This only started happening after the Old Gods, New Blood update.
