Crash and ban...

Deadlock keeps crashing on me, giving me the same error that CS2 used to give, which is vpk.001 corrupted. The problem is that Valve keeps banning me even though I can't do anything about it, because I start the file repair but it doesn't work right away. I have to restart Steam several times before it works. "I tried reducing the RAM clock like they suggested on Reddit years ago for the CS problem, but it still keeps crashing. Any help?

As suggested by my good advisor Glup Shitto, here is the DXDiag. I notice that it doesn't have the GPU so I have the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

Hi, I am very interested in this particular bug as it is crashing my games as well, and still affecting others. If you mind, could you run DXDiag on your PC if its windows? Just your specs basically. I think it might be a hardware issue.

This bug is beyond frustrating. Not only is it seemingly random, but it also penalizes me after trying my best to reopen the game.
I just received a low-prio behavior stamp and a 24 hour ban, because the game continued to queue after my game crashed. I even rejoined the match before the countdown began and I still get penalized.
