Counterspelling lethal damage as Victor does not stop you from dying (and thus your ult proc'ing)

Counterspelling lethal damage as Victor while your ult is available still triggers your ult instead of saving your life. As far as I can tell, counterspelling lethal damage as other characters does save your life.
Also the Bebop bomb sound bug seems to be a result of counterspelling Bebop bombs.

In addition to OP, it seems that other sources of otherwise non-lethal damage (e.g. Blood Tribute) are considered lethal when Victor's ult is off cooldown, including his own Aura of Suffering.
Pocket's Affliction (explicitly non-lethal) proccing Victor's Reanimate is a potentially game-changing interaction.
