Counterspell effect spam in lobby with no cooldowns

This is a pretty minor bug, and it is only visual to the player performing it, but if you are in the lobby with no cooldowns, using counterspell and holding down the button spams the counterspell shield effect seemingly every tick that it can. This is only visual and doesnt happen in real games (cuz cooldowns) but still a little odd.

Not only counterspell, but normal parry does this too.
