Mirage’s passive seems to completely ignore Counterspell. The final mark proc cannot be Counterspelled, and nor can the manual activation through just pressing 3
When you upgrade to his 1 his passive can be blocked by Counterspell, but only the t1 slow, the damage goes through
The first inital shot can be blocked
