Upgrades to a 6400 item. The upgrade should work like a counter spell you can cast on yourself (ofc) and on your allies. Kinda like Anti-Mages ability Counterspell shard upgrade. It returns the spell (if its a spell that can be returned back example haze dagger can be return towards the position of the haze that threw it, it can still be dodged, example of a none returnable spell is lash ult). Main idea a counter spell you can cast on yourself and allies that returns the spell. Like Dota 2 Anti-mage Counter spell shard ability upgrade.
