Counter Spell REWORK

Add an icon to the screen/interface so that I can see if I have Counter Spell. This item is very useful and easy to forget about.
Sometimes I buy Counter Spell and never use it during the entire game, simply because the item is hardly ever displayed anywhere.

I am still unfamiliar with the forum and have only become accustomed to the main thread.
I was very put off by private threads, as I do not understand what makes them private.

The private forums are basically forums that only you and the developers can see. They do this because they don't want people to influence each other in the feedback process. It feels strange at first, but the team does see it.

It could show up next to your actives, since a lot of players are already used to checking their other cooldowns.

Or maybe on the left side of your abilities.
