Issue started around 25min in.
I placed Silence Wave into queue and once I had enough souls I couldn't buy it. Attempts to buy it directly from the store failed with the "not enough souls" sound. The problem was with some other items too, like Refresher. On the other hand I had no problem buying Spirit Burn, Tankbuster or Spirit Strike. The bug peristed to the next game (ID 42986570), even though I could buy items normally in the hideout.
