Corrupted Files Causing Crashes/ 2 Hour Ban

My friends and I keep getting corrupted files leading to frequent 2 hour bans. Please fix this. It ruins the night. Crashes are one thing, but getting punished for it makes it far worse.

Does it seem to cap at 24 hours then? That's the highest I've seen reported on forum posts so far.

Used to have this problem all the time until I went into my BIOS and lowered my RAM speed. I just set it back to Automatic and I haven't had the issue since. If you already have it set to Auto, try to just lower the speed anyway and see if that works.
