Sorry no photos.
Dullahan are headless individuals with a still functioning head, think headless horseman.
Coop keeps his head in his delivery satchel and his kit revolves around using it as a weapon.
Coops head can separate from his satchel and attach onto an enemy. Which varies his abilities usage. The distance he and his head can be have a set max distance.
I believe his abilities pair well with close to midrange fights I recommend a shotgun for his weapon.

Ability 1: Fae Fire- (tick or burst damage) when activated a burst of flame shortly surrounds coop giving a slight speed boost and activating a soul flame. (This activates on Coops torso and on coops head) yes it can proc twice. If Coop's head is in the satchel the burst is either slightly longer in effect or larger in area.

Ability 2: Separated Senses- (lifesteal) Coops head will bite an enemy depending on whether the head is in Coop's satchel or attached to a target. He will receive healing for damage done to an enemy for a short amount of time while in range of the heads max spell distance; if attached to an enemy the lifesteal range follows said enemy. If the enemy escapes the max head distance the enemy's last position is pinged on the map. (this ability will not attach Coop's head to target)

Ability 3: Latch- (passive) when coops head is in his delivery bag the next melee (light or heavy) will have Coop bite down on the enemy. When attached Coop's curse prevents the targeted enemy from running off too far quickly as it applies a speed debuff when too far(think like a rubberband. Once the enemy affected has reached the max distance away, Coop's head will fall off and begin to roll back to Coop (during this time ability 2 is not usable)

Ability 4: Express Delivery- (ultimate) Regardless if coops head is attached to an enemy coop can activate his ult to charge his body quickly to his head. in a large burst of fae fire and tackles enemies in between with a large impact damage. This Ult can hit multiple enemies. The bit enemy will sustain the most damage however and receive a stun.

Sorry if this is not worded all that great but I wrote the initial ability breakdown on twitter and copied and revised everything here
