Pretty old and common bug, I couldn't find a thread about it, apologies if that already exists.
Sometimes contextual ping will respond to enemies, (showing enemy hero icon and phrase like "Ok") when there is nobody on your team to respond to. Pretty disruptive when you are trying to communicate a gang with "Headed to [Lane]" when you are on that zipline, or even when actually trying to respond to someone's call and it is trying to respond to enemy Mina or whatever.
